部署polaris集群版后过段时间客户端服务注册异常 #399

部署Polaris集群版后，过段时间经常发生客户端服务注册异常，检查polaris日志中存在如下报错：

polaris-healthcheck-error.log： error healthcheck leader/checker_leader.go:220 [HealthCheck][Leader] follower run serve, do retry {"error": "context deadline exceeded"}
2024-11-08T21:35:57.308043Z error healthcheck healthcheck/report.go:103 [Heartbeat][Server] fail to do report for 192.168.1.16:9000, id is 8ba71ca9ca4555bde32320a17199ce323074316c, err is leader checker uninitialize
