Feature request: Separate screen power off idle time for the lock screen #8

Similar to what KDE/Plasma has an option for, which it defaults to 30 seconds. And GNOME hardcodes this behavior, maybe provides an option buried in gconf.

Basically, if the session is already locked, have a much lower timeout for shutting off the screens. Will probably complicate matters somewhat implementing a query check for the lock screen, depending on what's involved with that.

I'd like to have an option to fully disable it on the lockscreen

currently on gnome when the computer sleeps i cant get it to wake back up, so i have an extension to prevent sleep while its locked

however that recently stopped working, so now I'm moving to cosmic.

if this becomes toggleable in the setting I'll be happy (probably a "Never" option in the time selection)

I wasn't referring to the computer entering sleep mode, rather, the display powering off.

@soccerboys2008 Auto-locking and auto-sleeping can already be disabled, and that's unrelated to this feature request.
