Describe the current behavior

In case of security analysis with remedial actions, we use a naive graph connectivity analysis. It is very slow!

Describe the expected behavior

A analysis of state-of-art incremental algorithms must be done. Depending on the results of the analysis, a new implementation must be developed to speed computations.
