towards the wiki being up-to-date with information from lazer, related to #7139
Program_files needs updating with the lazer branch gaining favour over and in alongside to stable

my proposal would be to merge Program_files with Lazer/File_storage(#8471) in line with whatever method is decided to be implemented in #7139

I think the path forward is move Lazer/File_storage to Program_files_(lazer) and expand it to be in line with the current Program_files article
