Changing hud visibility also changes leaderboard visibility

Bug description

If the "Hide Leaderboard" option is enabled in stable, leaderboards in multi player lobbies are being hidden as well.
Meanwhile in lazer the leaderboards in a mp lobby are always visible, with the exception of the entire UI being disabled.

Related issue:
Disabling the entire UI also hides leaderboards in lazer, while the leaderboards can seperatly be triggered on off in stable by pressing tab

Have renamed. Can maybe be part of skinning. I recall the leaderboard is going to be skinnable so it can be moved anywhere in the screen and other options like this to not bloat the general settings.
