  • for rule PR-AWS-0046-CFR if AssociatePublicIpAddress is not defined then its default value is true.

  • And opa evaluate not defined value and false equally. so for the rule, we need to check whether AssociatePublicIpAddress has the value true or not defined. but these are both are opposite scenarios for opa.

  • so we can't validate both conditions.
