GMA 23.1.0 was released May 9, 2024 and "Requires a minimum compileSdkVersion of 34." In SDK Version 34, AndroidX was changed to only allow a minimum sdk of 19 (PBM SDK's is currently 16).

Proposal:

Update PBM to support 23.1.0, update compileSdkVersion to 34, and minimumSdkVersion to 19.
