as of now, metadata collection is not implemented in the bench bot. Changes to the GUI would need to be made to include metadata like:

  1. camera height (z-axis)
  2. Aperture (manual input)
  3. Focus (manual input)
  4. Location (static)
  5. Copy of camera_features.txt for that day
  6. Copy of all the Bbot input parameters (row spacing, pot spacing, etc.)
