When course resources link clicked getting "This site can’t be reached"

Hmm I've just tried it again in a few different browsers and it works fine. I wonder if you have a firewall or VPN or something that would stop Notion or Dub.so from working. Could you give me some info about your setup/location so that I can figure out if this link doesn't work in certain regions or setups?

I don't have any firewall or VPN, most likely this is a network-related issue from our region or ISP. I'm from Manila, Philippines. Thank you for the link resource!
