We should have a web app for calculating load cases. Where contributors can select from a range of load cases for each section at their will, and provide input to the temperature model.
With intuitive visual design.

Looking for a range of contributors here - both on the web visualisation side, and on developing load cases.

Work on load cases is under progress, one student has talked to me personally, recently about the load cases as he was hesitant of creating an issue but after discussion hopefully, he will contribute!

Great!
Making an issue shouldn't be scary. It is a great arena for sharing ideas and keep track of progress different places :)

Typical load cases we want to calculate are production loads to the tubing and casing over time. This means that we keep track of locked in and free-to-move tubulars in the well, and see how temperature changes affect the stresses in the tubulars. This is a 3D plus time challenge, with lots of fun maths combined with knowledge about installation and well designs. Who can make a list of most important load cases?
