A JSON format is documented at https://github.com/moosetechnology/moose-wiki/blob/master/Users/fileFormat.md, but this is different than the JSON generated by the peg.js grammar. If the Moose Wiki's documentation is "stable" mse-tools should adopt that JSON format.
