I have seen thomas video and I have done the 3 tests, thermistor tests work ok, but doing the heater one won't work, it should stop heating or reboot the printer, but nothing happens, it just stay 30/80 for example

Hello! I am sorry for the late response to this issue.

Which submenu selection was selected more precisely?
Settings>Temperature>Heatbed
Start>Print
Preheat>Filament Type

How much time was it staying in the 30/80 screen without preheat error or thermal runaway error? I have to confirm it, but from a check I have done, it would take 4 minutes for thermal runaway on the heatbed to activate. Was it run that way for so long? Would it trigger the error after that time?

Let me know, in case of need we can review this in more detail.
