The noise on print fan is almost certainly caused by mechanical aspects, can you please send me a video to better assess it?
Let us check if there might be room to further tighten this bolt: https://cdn.help.prusa3d.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/42a84b3ad1a2a586_painted.jpeg, or if the fan might be physically not fixed in place. Also, with the printer still off and cold, let us attempt very gently pushing the fan rotor back in place, would it "click back in place" and would that improve the noise level?
If not, it might be related with premature wear of the fan itself. In that specific case, please contact me via email info@prusa3d.com, mentioning "attn: Alessandro" in the subject, I'll help you with the resolution.
