Lights automatically turn of after many mintues!

light automatically turn off after minutes,
I reinstall many times, Don't know what to do more!
There is no error, nothing.

So bothering.
139 LEDs of 34 inches monitor. works 1 week after that the issue came out!

have you checked verbose logs?

please try using another USB cable. check for enough power.

Also could be that capturing in background stops/breaks because of some update in windows or nvidia

if it happens after a precise amount of time of nothing moving on the screen (like always 1min or something), it might be baked into your firmware
in which case you can toggle "send data only if changed" in Prismatik
