What's your use case? Why do you want stateful?

I want to reply such as HTTP traffic pcap file using ostinato, the client's packet send out from one port, and the server's packet send out from another port, like tcp-reply.
Does ostinato support this?

No Ostinato does not include tcplivereplay - that's a separate unrelated software.

The functionality that you want is currently not supported in Ostinato.
