Mac

  1. Download the 2 multipart zip files found here & here
  2. Extract them by opening the file ending with .001 with the Unarchiver
  3. Run the extracted installer package

Windows

  1. Download the Plugin and Quetzalcoatl_x_x_x_Samples.hr1 content file HERE
  2. Extract the plugin zip and copy the plugin to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
  3. Launch Quetzalcoatl in you DAW
  4. When prompted install the Quetzalcoatl_x_x_x_Samples.hr1 content file by pressing Install Samples and following the instructions on screen
  5. Restart the plugin

Linux

  1. Download the Plugin and Quetzalcoatl_x_x_x_Samples.hr1 content file HERE
  2. Extract the plugin zip and copy the plugin to User/Home/vst3
  3. Launch Quetzalcoatl in you DAW
  4. When prompted install the Quetzalcoatl_x_x_x_Samples.hr1 content file by pressing Install Samples and following the instructions on screen
  5. Restart the plugin

Quetzalcoatl is officially supported on Ubuntu 22+. Other OS' may, or may not work at this time. If you run into errors similar to this you may be able to fix it by installing and configuring xsettingsd. Check with your OS provider for precise instructions. You might also consider compiling it yourself.
