When is PWA builder and starter a good solution for developing an app.

I have look at PWA builder and ionic and so far i found the 2 solutions to be great.

PWA builder is simpler and faster but i'm not sure of what is the difference between an app android generated with PWA builder and an app android generated with ionic.

Ionic look to be generating a real android project that i can debug and adjust. This projet can than generate an android package.

For what i understand the 2 apps will be wrapped in a web view and can be added in the store.

I wan to add capacitor and geolocation feature and for what i understand the ionic app will use native geolocation but the PWA builder app will use the browser gelocation web api.

So PWA builder app is limited in term of access to native device capabilities too what has been develop so for by modern browser and there is still a gap.

Is there a good summary between the tech somewhere?
