See if it would be feasible to allow .settings and .sessions to live elsewhere on the file system as requested in #111 .

Allow sessions and settings location via env

- Allow sessions path to be defined via PLN_SESSIONS_PATH
- Allow settings file be defined via PLN_SETTINGS_FILE
- Fixes #120
