Add support for SWMM5.2. Specifically, it added added new features such as streets and inlets. See the new features on the SWMM github.

@LunarMilkman, thanks for flagging this! Let's try to get this integrated in the next release of swmmio.

Also, FYI, I've added these three new inp file sections to the running list in #57.
