There are no aarch64 builds in https://anaconda.org/pytorch/pytorch. There should be aarch64 and aarch64 + CUDA builds within the pytorch conda channel. There are wheel files now available (see below). Could we get the build process to include builds for conda?

The following wheel file is available which has cuda support (note that it seems this is only true for CUDA 12.4 version 2.4.0 of pytorch):
https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu124/torch-2.4.0-cp311-cp311-linux_aarch64.whl
Comparing with the below conda channel, there is no corresponding aarch64 or aarch64 with CUDA build in conda:
https://anaconda.org/pytorch/pytorch/files?version=2.4.0
