Why qBittorrent has so many data loss issues?

I first had a data loss issue on version 4.1.9.1.
I reported it here and many people chimed in, they had the same(or very similar issues). For me the last really stable version was 4.1.6.

After that, it's been constantly plagued with data loss and recheck issues. Last month i downloaded the (then) latest version and told it to recheck a 90GB torrent, it began downloading most files again, showing different completion levels.

QBitTorrent is the only client where I face this issue. I'm not using it anymore bc of this... Interestingly, i am unaware of other libtorrent based clients with this issue (but maybe I'm uninformed).

Anyways, I'd like to talk about this. Is this because there aren't many developers, or because people don't report it? Or maybe because the issue is not easily reproducible? What do you guys have to say?
