New Icon looks modern and good | In built dark mode is appreciated

New Icon looks cool and refreshing, Really appreciate it if there was a default dark mode instead of loading themes.

The changelog suggests there is a new light/dark theme. I can't see anywhere to select it, though. My Windows 10 theme is in dark mode.

You are misinterpreting the changelog!

Windows & the WebUI are the only 2 places that I know of that don't have dark mode support natively, macOS & Linux have dark mode support out of the box.

Native dark mode on Windows for qBittorrent may be implemented March/April 2023 (as a guesstimate) - This timeframe coincides with Qt's release of Qt 6.5.

It seems more like the change-log is misleading. It talks about changing colour palettes for light and dark themes. But there's no dark theme included.
Also, third party themes define their own colors so it can't be talking about to that.

I also agree that the dracula theme from https://github.com/MahdiMirzade/qbittorrent/ looks nice
