Mouse wheel scroll - 1 page at a time

Windows 10. Would it be possible to include an option to have the mouse scroll wheel behave according to the mouse configuration settings in Windows? It appears that qBittorrent has been coded to override the windows mouse settings for some reason. ??? At present the screen scrolls 3 lines each time instead of my preferred 1 screen each time.
