Seeding Without Saving to Disk

Is there a way to seed files directly from memory without saving them to disk? I'm interested in seeding highly demanding files on public trackers but want to avoid increasing the read/write load on my disk.

I think I can use /tmp as it's known stored on memory

Second question: What’s the best tracker site for finding high-demand files? While this might not be directly related to qBittorrent, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
