Back porting "Don't ignore SSL errors" to 4.x?

A number of websites and trackers are raising a stink about the potential RCE exploit caused by qBittorrent ignoring SSL errors. For those of us who are still using 4.6.7 because we're on an older operating system that isn't supported by Qt 6, is there any plans to backport that fix to the 4.6.x branch? If not, would you accept a pull request that implements the fix in 4.6.x, and possibly release one more version from that branch with the fix in?
