Create torrent dialog, no category drop-down menu

It has any good reason not to give user option to select category when creating a torrent?
It would be handy if it would automatically prefill the category based on the path in which files are located (meaning it would check against all categories and its paths and select category that matches the path or keep path not filled allowing user to skip category selection).

Using Windows, when I select a link, a dialog box opens with "torrent settings" about half way down, where i can select the category. (v4.6.7)
