This ticket is to discuss plans for the new web site. So far we just have this doodle:

@timlinux Any tips on how to read the file, please? Thanks.

@DelazJ: go to https://draw.io and upload it there

I think it's just this:

I updated the diagram based on chats from today - see the second and third tab too.

Hi there all I have started a Figma board to visually represent the content and as a starting point for the redesign.
Link to the board here: https://www.figma.com/file/bHHUUVZ1fbQMtwSmtCSXYN/QGIS

Thanks - the visual design on the Figma site looks great, and it's great to see certified trainers mentioned more prominently.

If I may, I'd like to add my 2p (feel free to let me know where is best to direct this if this is not the best place).

On the download page, there is just one link - I assume to the latest version standalone installer (this is a guess).
As a trainer, it would be really useful to have a link to the LTR version as well - this is what I ask my attendees to install so it would be great to be easy to find.

I know wording is a bit complex, and there has been some discussion on related topics: qgis/QGIS-Website@21db91c#comments, but I've not seen anything on whether or not the LTR is going to be shown going forward.

@nickbearman, the link is right there:

Thanks @agiudiceandrea, perhaps I didn't make myself clear. In the proposed new version (from https://www.figma.com/file/bHHUUVZ1fbQMtwSmtCSXYN/QGIS?node-id=0%3A1) there is no link:

@nickbearman, I didn't understand, sorry.

I noticed a tweet that mentioned 3 new design of QGIS early this year, is there any coming progress next? Is this series of website designs still stuck in Figma, or have the results been selected and made on the front end?
I hope my reply doesn't give you bad feelings, I just recently remembered this form and was curious about its progress
