"Requirements for new contributors" page misses links to some documents

Description

"Social Contract" and the "Developers corner" are cited in the "Requirements for new contributors" page, but they are not linked to the actual relative document or page (which it seems to me are missing in the documentation or the website).

In the old "Contributor Requirements and Responsibilities" page at https://issues.qgis.org/projects/qgis/wiki/Contributor_Guidelines, they are linked to https://issues.qgis.org/projects/qgis/wiki/Social_Contract and https://issues.qgis.org/projects/qgis/wiki/Development.
