@mbernasocchi @anitagraser, the same for the Annual report 2023, published at https://qgis.org/community/foundation/annual-project-reports/QGISAnnualReport2022.pdf, which also has the wording "Approved by AGM on xxx 2023" on the front page without the actual date.
