Sharing Homebrew Sources
Game-Masters and content creators may want to design collections of Homebrew species, NPC types, vessels and items that they wish to share with other Game-Masters for use within their own campaigns. TrekSharp supports exporting all Homebrewed data as a JSON file which can be imported into the projects of others.
Within the Manage > Homebrew Data tool open the Actions tab. Within the Actions tab, click the Export Sourcebook option which will trigger a download of all the Homebrew Data created for the current project. This JSON file can then be shared online or with other players.
Under Create > Homebrew Data select the Import Homebrew Sourcebook option. This will open a popup menu which can be used to load a JSON file exported by a similar procedure as described above. When confirmed, all the data from the JSON source will be merged into the current project's Homebrew data. In this manor, one user can create data required for a scenario and others can use the data.
