ccm commandline tools support CCM and application configfile from stdin #74

The ccm CLI tools like ccm-fetch use the --cfgfile option for 2 purposes

  • CAF::Application config file for the tool
  • CCM::CCfg config file

Because of this, stdin as pipe can't be used

Note that /proc/self is not valid on Solaris.
