If the VOMS server for a VO is changed, the new LSC file corresponding to the new VOMS server is created but the old ones are not removed. ncm-vomsclient should get a list of existing LSC files and remove all the files are no longer needed for the VO (this is pretty simple as there is one directory per VO).
