to be replaced with :

variable CE_FLAVOR = {
    if ( is_defined(CE_FLAVOR) && (!match(CE_FLAVOR, 'cream') && !match(CE_FLAVOR, 'condorce') ) ) {
        error("Invalid value for CE_FLAVOR (" + CE_FLAVOR + "). Must be 'cream' or 'condorce'.");
    };
    SELF;
};
