I am interested in applying the DCN package in a population with HIV and matching it with another population with cardiovascular risk. The package is still available with the initial version or they have made new versions. Was the situation referred to in Dec 2022 by the user corrected?

We have not been able to obtain funding support to maintain/update the program. I couldn't reproduce the problem reported by that user back in Dec 2022. However, I did encounter a problem when running the step "Rscript a1_analyzer.r --method RF -m ./test/disease_code_test.tsv --inputfolder ./example --outputfolder ./example/output" with the latest version of the randomForestSRC, which is a third-party R package of survival analysis using random forest.

If you want to try our package, either try an older version of randomForestSRC, or just skip the above step (that is, you don't need to run the a1_analyzer.r with the RF method).
