Reviewing the open issues for the translations dashboard:

There are other issues that could be discussed and possibly some initial work could be done:

  • How to better integrate the Weblate and SVN Dashboards
  • Adding text to explain the difference between the dashboards (the main one shows the status in the source code for R-devel, which will only change when an R Core member commits a patch - maybe once a quarter, whereas the Weblate one shows the status on Weblate, which can change continuously)
  • Showing activity over time on Weblate, to show general activity and bursts corresponding to translatathons, dev days etc

If these or other improvements are discussed/worked on, it would be good to open a corresponding issue on the dashboard repo: https://github.com/r-devel/translations-dashboard/issues
