Auto start and stop Awake when plugged in or unplugged

Major rewrite of the app. Biggest feature is auto start and auto stop of Awake when the phone is plugged in or unplugged. There was an issue w/ a background app attempting to start services that doesn't work in Android O+ that caused this issue #2. The workaround is in place in this version.

v1.10: Publishing Signed APK to Google Play Store.
