Outline

Now that the capabilities are in place, we iterate on the structure of the documentation:

• Very short intro + TLDR (install + hello_world.py)
• Tutorial (Kartik's notebooks)
• Resources (table + page for configurable platforms, e.g., Summit)
• API via Sphinx (fix Docstrings)

We start with this to keep it doable in relatively short amount of time. After 1st release, we iterate adding, e.g., use cases.
