What components i need to use to create multiselect component? Popover + command, or radix-vue combobox?

You can use Combobox + TagsInput like this example in radix-vue docs

or You can use Listbox + TagsInput + Popover (not complete)

Keep in mind that Listbox will be the base component for Combobox and Select items in the new major version of radix-vue
