See if I can use a NN to extract entity relationships

Using networks for named entity recognition has been more successful than I had hoped but finding entity relationships is a bit more tricky. Using the dependency parser is working well but getting the rules right is a little tricky and labor intensive. I think, in the long run a neural net might be better.
