My n8n dashboard shows there are new versions available, and ask me to update.

My railway.app dashboard shows I'm using the lastest version. Is there a way to update n8n?

I need to use v16.0 Facebook Graph API, and my n8n has only v15.0.

Not from my experience, it kept environment variables and the data. did it like that:
