Allow user to choose framework from splash page #102

It would be ideal to have three buttons on the splash page to allow users to choose which interface (React, Angular, or Vue) they'd like to play in.

Of course, they could still change frameworks from the game screen, but these button clicks would determine which is the initial interface shown.
