Update performance summary tooltips

Can the tooltips on the performance summary be specific to the performance indicator? I've provided examples below but feel free to make edits

Paediatrician with expertise
Pass - This child received input from a paediatrician with expertise in epilepsy within two weeks of first referral
Fail - This child did not receive input from a paediatrician with expertise in epilepsy within two weeks of first referral

Epilepsy Specialist Nurse
Pass - This child received input from an epilepsy specialist nurse in the first year of care 
Fail - This child did not receive input from an epilepsy specialist nurse in the first year of care 

Tertiary input
Pass - This child met criteria for tertiary input and received input from a paediatric neurologist or epilepsy surgery referral in the first year of care 
Fail - This child met criteria for tertiary input and did not receive input from a paediatric neurologist or epilepsy surgery referral in the first year of care 
NA - This child does not meet Epilepsy12's criteria for tertiary input

Epilepsy surgery referral
Pass - This child met CESS criteria and was referred to epilepsy surgery within the first year of care
Fail - This child met CESS crtieria and was not referred to epilepsy surgery within the first year of care
NA - This child did not meet the criteria for epilepsy surgery referral.

ECG
Pass - This child has had a convulsive seizure and has had an ECG within the first year of care 
Fail - This child has had a convulsive seizure and did not have an ECG within the first year of care
NA - This child has not had convulsive seizures and does not meet the critieria for this performance indicator. 

MRI
Pass - This child met MRI criteria and had an MRI brain within 6 weeks of request.
Fail - This child met MRI criteria and did not have an MRI brain within 6 weeks of request
NA - This child did not meet MRI criteria.

Assessment of mental health issues
Pass - This child is 5+ years old and there is evidence of enquiry about their mental health.
Fail - This child is 5+ years old and there is no evidence of enquiry about their mental health
NA - This child is under 5 years old.

Mental health support 
Pass - This child has a mental health issue identified and has received mental health support
Fail - This child has a mental health issue identified and has not received mental health support
NA - This child does not have a mental health issue identified

Sodium Valproate 
Pass - This young person is female, over 12 years old, on sodium valproate treatment, and has a risk acknowledgement form or pregnancy prevention programme in place. 
Fail - This young person is female, over 12 years old, on sodium valproate treatment, and does not have a risk acknowledgement form or pregnancy prevention programme in place. 
NA - This child is not a female over 12 years old and on sodium valproate treatment

Care planning agreement
Pass - This child has an individualised care plan with evidence of parent/carer/patient agreement and that the care plan has been updated when necessary
Fail - This child does not have an individualised care plan with evidence of parent/carer/patient agreement and that the care plan has been updated when necessary

Care planning content 
Pass - This child has evidence of communication regarding core elements of care planning
Fail - This child does not have evidence of communication regarding core elements of care plannign

School care plan
Pass - This child is 5+ years old and has a school individual health care plan within the first year of care
Fail - This child is 5+ years old and does not have a school individual health care plan within the first year of care
NA - This child is under 5 years old.
