Tricky to implement as not all time that the user has the browser open on E12 page counts as active input time. However we can't easily use mouse activity or other screen interaction time as a surrogate for this time taken because the user might well be consulting notes elsewhere, which would be valid "time spent on E12" but would not result in measurable web app activity
