How can we update R2 to a newer version if available?

Currently, android R2-test-app I can see radium dependences version's as 2.0.0-alpha.2 and the branch is develop

I. Can I use this alpha version for our app development or we need to wait for the stable version
2. In the near future, if we want to update the R2 to a newer version. how we can upgrade? (I am assuming that by updating the readium gradle dependencies we can do.)

The latest version is 2.0.0-beta.1 at the moment:

r2-testapp-kotlin/r2-testapp/build.gradle

You just need to update the version in the build.gradle to upgrade. Between two major versions, there should not be any breaking changes. But if you upgrade to a major version (like the 2.0.0), you can follow the instructions from https://readium.org/mobile/kotlin/migration-guide

I'm doing a release today so it will be 2.0.0-beta.2. I recommended using this one because it is almost stable. The next version will be the 2.0.0.

In android R2-kotlin-test app, I have updated the readium dependencies to 2.0.0-beta.2 from 2.0.0-alpha.2 in build.gradle files of lcp and test-app.
After the update, I am seeing the following issues

Thank you. I will follow the migration guide. to cross-check whether our migration went correctly or not (by comparing with sdk launcher), is there any information on the release date of the latest sdk launcher app with 2.0.0-beta.2 changes ..?
In near future, If we want to move to the production version, In that case, what are the changes required from the app side...?

2.0.0-beta.2 is the last version before the production 2.0.0, and I don't expect much changes in the API. So most likely there will not be any migration needed.

(for some technical reason, in r2-testapp-kotlin, the versions are 2.2.0 instead of 2.0.0, but it's the same)
