[Feature Request]: Security & IoT questions analysis and prediction on stack overflow

Feature Description

i want to do analysis of the data of all stack overflow security & IOT related questions with the help of dataset available on Kaggle :
https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/shibli007/iot-security-stack-overflow-dataset

i will do a complete data analysis ,processing ,EDA , feature engineering as well as train different model and evaluate for security based question detection (binary classification)

i will also create a streamlit application for prediction point of view and reame.md for reference and setup

Use Case

This can be used for analyzing the trend of security and digitalization based question and queries of different users

It can be used to find out the different trend related to security questions

this was just prediction, i will include analysis of security questions also which will help understand what type and frequency of security based questions can be asked on stack overflow
