If an ISV is using RHPDS to test or create their operators they may not know how to access the kubeconfig file. To get past this we will need to either give instructions on how to get to it (oc login then export ~/.kube/config)
In addition is making the kubeconfig a secret the best way to do this security wise, or should we just create a secret for the tasks needed?
