C# support #114

Is there any way to build c# projects on semaphore? :( If not will there be any notion of support for it?

Semaphore currently doesn't have official support for C#, but you can add build commands to install it manually in your build.
You can do that with commands like: https://gist.github.com/darkofabijan/9a5adb4e7f15d16f1fca
