Hello,

I installed WR 1.15.17 on my old Xcover 4S smartphone running A11.
The installation appears to be running normally but WR is not activating. If I try to activate it, Then crashes.

I have a new XIAOMI brand smartphone, POCO F5 model under A13 (And MIUI 14;0.7 overlay)
Same situation as with the old Xcover 4S.

I installed WR on my old Honor_8 tablet under A7;
Same bug: OpeCPN crashes when trying to activate WR.

Hello,

I saw that version 18.1 of WR was available on Android.

I successfully installed WR on:

  • My Honor_8 tablet (8 inches)
  • My POCO F5 smartphone
    After which I tried to create a start point and an end point. In both cases, it seems I succeeded. But, the WR window on Android is not practical for such small screens. Unable to read the names of the created weather points.

After which, I tried to create a weather search on the smartphone. Unable to access the "Search configuration" menu.

Yes, I concur.
There are some significant GUI problems using WR on a small device.
On the list, but low priority.

The weather_routing interface can be simplified for use on small screens, but it will require some major interface changes. So of my favorite examples of how this interface might work are Sailgrib WR Pro and PredictWind.
