RFE/bug : Not a bug, but almost. Some commands need to be removed from the context menu

This concerns the display window of a weather forecast which has been exported from WR. What is explained here should/could be in OpenCPN ZFEs.

You can right-click which brings up a context menu. In this one, there are two commands "up" and "down" which allow you to swap the order of two segments. But, here, the waypoints are in a mandatory order. If we want to break this obligation, we must forget the speed and duration data on these segments, and consequently on all the following segments.

I therefore propose to remove these two commands and probably also the command which consists of completely removing a segment, since there too, the durations and distances traveled in total become absurds.
