The current link is broken. openrussian now refers to https://app.togetherdb.com/db/fwoedz5fvtwvq03v/russian3/words

If we cannot get a new (stable) download link, at least the database dump in the repository should be updated.

I've got a recent database dump, but the MySQL-to-SQLite script will also have to be fixed and there are schema changes as well...
